(for a standard home up to 2,000 Sq. Ft.)
Sewer inspections are an added cost @ $100.00

Radon Testing - available now!!

For a limited Time only-Free with inspection

It gives the new home purchase/current owner piece of mind knowing if Radon is present in the home. The closed testing is 48 hours. The price includes processing the results. Results will be emailed to involved party's. If mitigation is needed, we will help you get to the right people. We can get you in the right direction. I can mitigate, though not recommended if I did the testing.
